This international project is carried out by multiple partners. Staatsbetrieb Sachsenforst (Statutory Public Body for Forestry in Saxony) and Forstbezirk Marienberg (Marienberg Forest District) are the head partners. In addition to the Statutory Public Body Lesy České republiky, s.p. And the District Ústecký kraj, nature park "Erzgebirge/Vogtland (Ore Mountains/Vogt County)" and the Sächsische Landesamt für Umwelt, Landwirtschaft und Geologie (Saxon State Office for Environment, Agriculture, and Geology) also participated as partners.
Several moors on both sides of the border near Reitzenhain will be revitalized in the years 2017 through 2020. As part of the project, the nature park will take charge of the revitalization of the western Stengelhaide and restoration of the moor nature trail.
The plan will be funded by the European Regional Development Fund  of the European Union.
